Fix A Car Door Dent

You park your pristine car and return to find a dent in the door. You can take the vehicle to your local body shop, but if the dent is small enough, you can probably fix it yourself and save time and money.

Instructions

1. Try using dry ice to fix it, if the dent is very small. Place dry ice directly into the middle of the dent (do not use your bare hands) for about 30 to 60 seconds and see if the dent pops out.

2. Use a hairdryer and an air duster. Apply the hairdryer to the dent for about a minute. Quickly spray the air duster onto the dent for about 10 seconds. If the dent is small enough, it may pop back out.

3. Purchase a door-ding kit. These kits cost about 25 to 50 dollars and you can buy them online at The Ding King Super Store (see Resources below).
