The ADP TotalPay is a prepaid Visa debit card. This card enables you to receive your paychecks via direct deposit without a bank account. You can use it at any ATM or retailer that accepts Visa. While you will receive a monthly statement, it's important to keep track of your ADP TotalPay Card balance to prevent overspending. ADP offers three ways to access your account information.
Instructions
1. Check your balance online. Visit mycard.adp.com. Register with the website to use the service. You will need to obtain a username and password. Enter your username or card number and password into the login area on the left side of the page. Press Sign In to view your balance.
2. Check your balance over the phone. Dial 1-877-ADP-4231 and follow the prompts. Have your ADP TotalPay Card information handy.
3. Check your balance through an ATM. Swipe your ADP TotalPay Card and enter your pin number. Select the Check Balance option from the menu screen.
