Check The Status On A Kaiser Permanente Application

Kaiser Permanente has been offering quality health insurance for individuals since 1945. The company serves nine states, including California, Colorado, Georgia and Oregon. Kaiser Permanente offers two convenient ways to check the status of your health insurance application.


Instructions


1. Visit the Kaiser Permanente website at www.kaiserpermanente.org. Sign in to member services by using the ID and password you received at the time of your application. If you do not remember your ID and password, click the Forgot User ID or Password link to recover it.


2. Select your application within the Member Services area of the website. Your application status will be visible. Applications normally take 7 to 10 business days to process, so check back if your status has not yet been updated.


3. Contact Kaiser Permanente by calling 1-877-752-4737 to check the status of your application via telephone. You will need to verify your identity by providing your Social Security Number and other personal information.


Tips Warnings


Be patient after applying for health insurance. It is unlikely Kaiser Permanente will have an answer about your application before 7 to 10 business days have passed.
