Renew energy, increase flexibility and stability, and naturally realigning the body's energy field are all promises that make the iRenew bracelet a popular draw among consumers of all ages. The bracelet consists of a silicone strap and a folding metal closure. The bracelet comes in either white or black, and is sold in a single size: But it can easily be sized to fit a variety of wrists.

Instructions

1. Pull the end of a paperclip, so that the outer point is extended out straight.

2. Lift open the band of the iRenew bracelet.

3. Insert the end of the paperclip into the small notch in the clip of the bracelet. Push the paper clip down, and lift the clasp outward, until the clasp opens.

4. Pull the end of the rubber strap out of the clasp.

5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to remove the other side of the strap.

6. Wrap the bracelet around your wrist, so that each end of the strap overlaps slightly. Use the ballpoint pen to mark each side of the strap at the overlap point.

7. Cut the strap at each mark. Discard the excess rubber.

8. Insert the end of the rubber strap into the clasp. Push down on the strap until the tip is as far into the clasp as it is able to go. Squeeze the clasp together, to close it over the rubber iRenew strap.
