1. Ice & Heat Treatment

2. Massage


Ask someone to massage you neck or head down to a massage therapist. Getting a neck massage will work the kinks out of your neck and reduce the pain caused by the stiffness. If no one is available to massage you neck for you, you can always do it yourself.

Consider taking a few Tylenol or Advil. Mild pain relievers are safe way to temporarily reduce stiff neck pain. Follow the dosing instructions as advises on the bottle.


4. Neck Stretches
