In fact, you can use them “on the go,” in your busy life. Here is make your own aromatherapy inhalers.

Instructions

Make Aromatherapy Inhalers

1. Purchase several handkerchiefs (for different purposes) and several different types of essential oils. You can find handkerchiefs at any department stores and essential oils at any natural health food store.

2. Apply a few drops of essential oil to your handkerchief. Bring it to your nose and breathe in the scent whenever you feel the need for some relief from whatever ails you. Essential oils evaporate quickly, so be sure to reapply to the handkerchief when necessary.

3. Carry a bottle of essential oil and a handkerchief in your purse or pocket at all times so that you always have it when the need arises.
