Find Pressure Points On The Chest And Body

There are many important pressure points located on the chest. They are said to provide relief for breathing difficulties, lack of focus, and reproductive issues. Since the pressure points of the chest are located in front of you, they are easily accessible and simple to manipulate.

Instructions

1. Start at the top of the chest between your shoulder and collar bone. Feel around for the gap under the collar bone next to the shoulder muscles. Press the point about one inch below this gap. You will know immediately if you found it since your entire side will tingle. This pressure point is believed to help with breathing and help you focus your self esteem.

2. Find the solar plexus. Feel for it just beneath the sternum in the middle of the torso. Press the point where the hard chest wall suddenly becomes soft and mushy. You will notice your breath being forced out of you. This pressure point is valuable for self defense. One blow there will incapacitate an opponent. Applying pressure is also believed to relieve hiccups.

3. Place four fingers directly beneath your belly button. Press the point directly beneath your fingers. This pressure point is believe to help with issues involving reproductive organs in both men and women.

4. Place two fingers directly beneath the pressure point you just pressed. Press the point directly beneath these two fingers in the middle of your abdomen. This pressure point is believed to help relieve constipation.

5. Move your fingers in a straight line out to the sides until you feel the hip bones. Press the point just to the inside of the bones in the soft, fleshy part. This pressure point relaxes the lower abdomen and provides relief to some digestive issues. Ticklish people probably wont let you touch them here.
