Theories
Kundalini is deeply rooted in the concept of chakras, which are nerve clusters, or energy centers that follow the path of the spine from the tail bone up through the crown of the head. The chakras relate directly to physical systems of the body like the heart, stomach and glands, as well as psychological and spiritual aspects like love, willpower and happiness.
