Serious Side Effects
According to Drugs.com, users of Actifed have experienced the following side effects: vision changes, chest pain, irregular heartbeat and urination, seizures, hallucinations, severe dizziness and drowsiness, weakness, anxiety, tremors, fever and decreased coordination.
