1. Select your crystals. Ideally you will have at least two crystals: one clear quartz crystal and one smokey quartz crystal. The clear quartz will be used to reverberate positive energy, while the smokey quartz will be used to capture negative energy. If possible, you may also wish to obtain a phantom quartz crystal to wear as a pendant on a necklace. The phantom quartz is a regular clear quartz crystal with a dark phantom inside.

2. Find a quiet place where you can meditate undisturbed for an hour. Go there a few times a week. Holding your clear quartz in your left hand and your smokey quartz in your right hand, because to focus and mediate. Visualize pure, clean energy funneling into your body from the clear crystal, while visualizing all anger and negative energy leaving your body to be contained within the smokey quartz. Do not just imagine it, but actually feel the changing energy pulsing through your body. You should begin to notice that you feel incredibly clean and refreshed at the end of each session.

3. Keep your crystals in your left and right pockets, respectively. Any time you feel angry or feel anger towards you, reach into your pockets, hold the crystals, and reclaim the peace that you obtain when meditating. You should be able to feel the energy change as one crystal reduces the anger and the other replaces it with pure energy.
