Increase Your Libido

Libido is related to your circulation and without this working properly you can shut down and become very tired. In order to prevent decreasing the libido it is recommended you stay away from all soy products. Soy slows down the thyroid functions. You should also sleep at least five hours a night so that the adrenal glands have enough time to recharge. There are various things you can do in order to increase your libido.








Instructions


1. Eat plenty of vegetables. Eat preferably green vegetables. You will also want to include fruits, fish, and stay away from carbohydrates.


2. Get plenty of sleep and if you do not sleep try to relax. After a day at work you need to learn relax. By relaxing and sleeping well through the night you will be able to rejuvenate and gather enough energy. Being stressed will decrease the libido so you must learn to relax.


3. Stay away from alcohol, smoking and coffee. These are ways to decrease the libido and will only hurt your opportunity to increase it. All of these items will leave room for infections to occur and if an infection enters your body it will take a while before you can recover and become healthy. With a low libido you are more open to different types of infections.


4. Take eight xeno detox a day. This pill will increase your iodine levels which in turn will increase your energy. The body needs iodine to function properly.








5. Take some herbs. There are two in particular that can help including the ashwagandha herb and the maca herb. the ashwagandha is made from shrubs in India and North America. Their roots are used. The Mmca herb is a root type of vegetable that grows in South America. They use the roots in these herbs to help increase your circulation process.


6. Get plenty of exercise. Go jogging, power walking, swimming, among other activities. Stretch daily with yoga or Pilates. Having sex will also increase your libido and increase your energy level.
