Detox Your Blood

Blood detoxification is necessary to make your blood clean so it can better transport vital nutrients and oxygen to every part of your body. When your blood has too many toxins, your vital organs start to deteriorate and you start to feel unhealthy and experience unwanted symptoms such as tiredness, difficulty breathing, headaches, allergies and many other medical conditions.

Instructions

1. Drink 1 to 2 glasses of cranberry juice daily. These berries include a potent ingredient called tannin which helps detoxify your blood of cholesterol and bacteria. Avoid buying concentrated cranberry juices since they are high in sugars.

2. Consume sarsaparilla root in capsule form. This herb is a natural blood purifier, which contains phytochemicals and minerals that helps your blood flush out disease causing toxins. The recommended dosage for this supplement is three 425-milligram capsules taken twice a day.

3. Consume red clover supplements. This herb is rich in isoflavones, an antioxidant which can detoxify your blood by helping it eliminate chemical toxins and environmental pollutants. The recommended dosage for red clover is two 320-milligram capsules taken three times daily.

4. Drink 1 to 2 cups of dandelion flower tea to help detoxify your blood. The active ingredient of this potent flower is inulin. It acts by flushing out pollutants and remnants of medications from your blood. It also strengthens the function of your liver which is the main organ for detoxification. To make dandelion tea, add three cups of dry dandelion flowers (include the stems and the leaves) to a kettle of boiling water. Store any unused tea in a container for future use. Add honey to taste, but don't add sugars or artificial sweeteners.
