Some of these choices include the Chicken Lettuce Warps that have only 320 mg of sodium, the Filet Mignon with only 450 mg of sodium, and the Grilled Mahi-mahi with 400 mg of sodium. Some low-sodium sides include the steamed and roasted vegetables with 80 and 115 mg respectively, the asparagus with 65 mg and the brown rice with 85.


3. Choose some items with low cholesterol. For an appetizer, the onion rings and calamari have no cholesterol. The Tuscan Vegetable Penne pasta has only 5 mg of cholesterol. The minestrone soup has none, while the lentil soup has only 5 mg. If you crave meat, try the Turkey Panini with 85 mg of cholesterol, or the chicken sandwiches with 80.
