2. Practice your intuition when buying a crystal from the Internet. Since it is not possible to touch the crystal, you will have to search photos until you find yourself excited by one in particular. If you feel a strong urge to purchase a crystal, you may need its energy in your life. For example, if you feel drawn to a rose quartz crystal, this may signify that you need something to help you through mourning or recover from a loss.
3. Cleanse your crystal, after purchase, to release old energy and prepare the stone to work with you. Cleanse a crystal by submerging it in salt water for a few days, then rinsing under running water.
