Infinity robes are members-only magic armor. An infinity robes set consists of five pieces: top, bottom, hat, gloves and boots. You can transform by imbuing the spirit of a magical altar. When the robes are imbued, they transform from original robes to water, air, earth or fire. Transforming robes to water turns the robes blue.
Instructions
1. Purchase an infinity robes set from the Grand Exchange or obtain the robes from the Mage Training Arena. As of December 2010, the Grand Exchange price of infinity robes is 12.3 million gp. To obtain the robes from the Mage Training Area, you must have Pizazz points. An infinity robe set requires 14,700 enchanting points, 1,695 alchemist points, 1,495 telekinetic points and 1,495 graveyard points.
2. Purchase a water talisman from the Grand Exchange. As of December 2010, the Grand Exchange price of a is 6,700 gp.
3. Complete the Rune Mechanics quest to obtain a rune guardian.
4. Place the infinity hat, bottom and top, water talisman, and rune guardian in your inventory.
5. Teleport to Lumbridge and walk south to the Lumbridge Swamp. Walk southwest to the water altar. The water altar is located southeast of the Lumbridge Swamp Cave entrance.
6. Enter the water altar by using the water talisman on the Mysterious Ruins.
7. Right-click the rune guardian and select "Drop" to allow it to follow you.
8. Use each piece of the infinity robes on the water altar. Each piece changes from pink to blue, transforming from basic infinity robes to water.
