1. Calm your mind and deepen your breath. When you perform tantra, you want to be as centered as possible. Try this breathing technique: Sit on the floor and mentally connect with the earth beneath you. Close your eyes and tap your heart a few times with your finger. 2. Worship your partner. It is very important that you tell your partner what you love about her body or soul. Worshipping is one of the main parts of the tantric practice. 3. Change positions often during sex. You can consult the Kama Sutra if you run out of positions to try. By changing positions, you can focus on new sensations and this also delays orgasm for both partners.


4. Delay ejaculation. One of the main parts of Tantra is delaying ejaculation to retain energy and gain awareness of your body in the moment. For men, pull your testes away from your body right before you are about to ejaculate. This will stop the ejaculation. Women can squeeze their Kegel muscles to prevent an orgasm.
