Ingredients For Bodywrap Solutions

A basic body wrap consists of clay and sea salt, but adding essential oils, herbs and body oils makes specialty wraps similar to the ones on a spa menu. Once you make your wrap recipes, you can store them away for another stress release "Spa Getaway" in the privacy of your home.

Clay

Clay is in body wraps to absorb oil and toxins from the skin and to stimulate circulation for all three-skin types: red Kaolin clay is for normal skin, yellow Kaolin is for sensitive skin and bentonite clay is for oily skin.

Salts

Epson salts in body wraps relieve pain and swelling, and remove toxins from the body. Dead Sea salts in body wraps alleviate skin problems, and aid in blood and lymphatic stimulation.

Essential Oils

Juniper and lemon essential oils are for anti-cellulite body wraps. Lavender and cedarwood oils are for relaxation body wraps.

Plants

The sweet smell of rose petal powder and the uplifting aroma of lemon powder in body wraps induce stimulation in the skin.

Green tea leaf powder and aloe vera leaf powder in body wraps soothe pain from sunburns.

Body Oils

Acai oil and sweet almond oil in body wraps help skin problems like psoriasis. Jojoba oil and arnica oil in body wraps help inflammation problems like arthritis.
