Buy Moon Shoes

If you have fond memories of moon shoes, or would like to find some for your kids, it's easier than you think. Moon shoes, introduced in the 1990's, are supposed to create the sensation of zero gravity. Really, they are trampoline shoes that create the experience of jumping really high with the safety of being close to the ground.

Instructions

1. Find a retailer who carries them. Most chain toy store retailers carry moon shoes. They are also called anti-gravity boots and are very safe. They strap on over a child's shoes and are adjustable. They will also fit most teenagers and smaller adults.

2. Buy online. If for some reason you can't track down a pair of moon shoes locally, order them online. Moon shoes provide excellent balance and coordination benefits and burn plenty of energy. Consider picking up some elbow and knee pads if your child is accident prone.

3. Order from the manufacturer. There are several toy manufacturers around that sell directly to the public via catalog and the Internet. You can buy a pair and have them shipped directly to your home.

4. Test out the new moon shoes under adult supervision. While your kids get used to the new moon shoes, make sure that they are in a grassy area and away from anything they could fall into or knockover. While in reality they're just jumping up and down in place, your child may be disoriented at first by the feeling that they are jumping really high into the air which may interfere with their depth perception.
